Returns

All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have the tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria. Please take care when trying on items—products with makeup, odors, deodorant, stains, or hair will be considered damaged and will not be accepted. If a return is denied, the item will be sent back to you.

Returns not shipped back within the designated time frame will expire and become ineligible for return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded at any time. Additionally, we are not responsible for any non-Verta Mountain Club items mistakenly shipped back to us.

We strongly recommend obtaining a receipt when dropping off your return, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of return. If there is no proof that the package was dropped off, and tracking does not show it was delivered to us, you will not be refunded.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via Support@VertaMountianClub.com, and we’ll get back to you during regular business hours with a return label (Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time).

Please note that a return shipping and handling fee of $15.00 will be deducted from the refund, and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable. We strongly recommend obtaining a receipt when dropping off your return to ensure the package is tracked in case of loss during transit.
