  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    For orders placed within the contiguous U.S., our standard shipping applies. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipping. Once processed, your order will ship via UPS Ground with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Overall, the total delivery time can range from 8-12 business days. Keep in mind that shipments to these locations may take longer than the standard timeframe. International delivery times vary by destination but typically take 10-15 business days. Certain countries, such as Australia and Canada, may experience delays due to customs clearance backlogs or severe weather conditions, which are beyond our control. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout, as we are not responsible for address entry errors. If you need to update your address, contact our support team via support@vertamountianclub.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes to the address cannot be made. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, as our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and federal holidays. Any orders placed after 3 PM EST on weekdays will ship within 2-4 business days. Please be aware that processing and shipping times may be extended during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend ordering as far in advance as possible to account for any unforeseen carrier delays or weather-related issues.
  • DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
    Yes! We offer two expedited shipping options for U.S. orders via UPS, which can be selected at checkout: Faster shipping: $30 (2-3 business days) Fastest shipping: $65 (1-2 business days) Please note, the estimated delivery date at checkout is an approximation and not guaranteed, as unforeseen carrier delays may occur. This is especially important during the winter months, so we recommend placing your orders as early as possible. Expedited orders are still subject to a processing time of 1-2 business days, though we will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that processing and shipping times may be longer during product launches, high-demand periods, and holidays. We encourage you to order ahead to avoid delays. If weather-related delays occur, the cost of expedited shipping will not be refunded, as the shipping service is still provided and weather is beyond our control. Please note that expedited shipping is only available for U.S. orders; international orders currently have a single shipping option.
  • HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES?
    Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is unfortunately out of our hands. Verta Mountain Club Shipping Protection, through SafeGuard, is a low-cost option that covers your package in the event of theft, damage, or loss! It is automatically applied to your order at checkout, but it’s entirely your choice and easy to opt-out. To opt-out, simply toggle the option in your cart or at checkout. We highly recommend shipping protection on all orders, as Verta Mountain Club is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items if shipping protection is not selected. Please note that this protection does not cover address entry errors or carrier delays. Additionally, it is non-returnable and non-refundable once the service has been provided and the order delivered.
  • HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
    All returns or exchanges can be submitted through this link within 15 days of delivery for U.S. orders and within 30 days of shipping for international orders. Items must be unworn and have the original tags attached to be eligible. If the item does not meet these requirements upon inspection, it will be sent back to the customer. Returns not shipped back within the designated time frame will expire and become ineligible for return, but don’t worry—you’ll receive a reminder email beforehand to avoid missing the deadline! If you need help with a return or exchange, feel free to contact us via support@vertamountianclub.com, and we’ll get back to you during regular business hours (Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time). Please note that return shipping costs for international orders will be deducted from the refund, and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable. We strongly recommend obtaining a receipt when dropping off your return to ensure the package is tracked in case of loss during transit.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have the tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria. Please take care when trying on items—products with makeup, odors, deodorant, stains, or hair will be considered damaged and will not be accepted. If a return is denied, the item will be sent back to you. Returns not shipped within the allotted time will expire and become ineligible, but we’ll send you a reminder email so you don’t forget! Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded at any time. Additionally, we are not responsible for any non-Verta Mountain Club items mistakenly shipped back to us. We strongly recommend obtaining a receipt when dropping off your return, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of return. If there is no proof that the package was dropped off, and tracking does not show it was delivered to us, you will not be refunded.
  • WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. If your return is not accepted for any reason (i.e. tags removed, damage, stains, rips) we will reach out to notify you and send back your item. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear back on your bank account or credit card due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
  • WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the first exchange is free. Any additional exchanges will incur a $20 exchange fee, which helps cover the costs associated with return logistics and processing of your new item. To initiate an exchange, please follow the instructions on your receipt or contact our customer service team via support@vertamountainclub.com.
